All Joseph Curtin violins and violas are backed by a sixty-day return policy, a free follow-up adjustment, and a long-term commitment to ensuring each instrument develops to its maximum tonal potential. If you are unhappy with your Joseph Curtin instrument, contact us within sixty days of delivery and we will do our best to provide an instrument more to your liking, or send a full refund in sixty days.

All stringed instruments require periodic routine maintenance. It is important to us that the violins and violas built in our shop are kept in the best possible condition. To this end, we offer a free initial check-up, including any necessary adjustments to the set-up. We will also cover the cost of shipping the instrument back to you. Damage and wear is not covered.

We are also happy to help take care of your instrument on a long-term basis and offer competitive prices on repairs and maintenance. The cost of shipping both ways is your responsibility.
